Bey’s Soup in Bosnia and Herzegovina came together with the Ottoman Empire. Today, Bey’s Soup is a traditional dish of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is served as a warm appetizer in the form of the classic soup. The main ingredients of Bey’s Soup are chicken, and vegetables such as potatoes, beans, okra, carrots, and spices like celery, parsley, paprika, etc. Everything is cooked together slowly on low heat. Bey’s Soup is rather thick, and is usually served with sour cream or some other sauce.
